APSERC VACANCY POSTS:

1. Secretary (Deputation/Contract)

• Number of Vacancies: 01
• Pay Level in Pay Matrix: Pay Matrix Level – 13 (Rs. 1,23,100 – 2,15,900)
• Remuneration (Contractual): Rs. 1,50,000/- per month
• Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized University / Institute of repute
• Qualifying Criteria: Officers holding analogous posts on regular basis or with 5 years regular service in the Level 12 (Rs 78800 – 2092001) of pay matrix for deputations. Contract applicants should have served in Level – 13 for at least 5 years.
• Nature of Experience: Experience of working in Regulatory Body preferably in power Sector. Experience of Engineering Finance, Law Management or Administrative matter related to General Administration in State / Central Govt. / PSU / Statutory Body. Knowledge of Electricity Act 2003, Rules and Regulations thereunder. 10 years of Regulation experience.

2. Deputy Director (Tariff) (Deputation/Contract)

• Number of Vacancies: 01
• Pay Level in Pay Matrix: Pay Matrix Level – 11 (Rs. 67,000 – Rs 2,08,700)
• Remuneration (Contractual): Rs. 1,25,000/- per month
• Qualification: MBA(Finance)/Certified Chartered Accountant/Certified Cost Accountant. (Preferably with Engineering Degree)
• Qualifying Criteria: Officers holding analogous posts on regular basis or with 5 years’ regular service in the Level 10 (Rs 56100 – 117500) of Pay matrix for deputations. Contract applicants should have served in equivalent position for minimum 5 years.
• Nature of Experience: Minimum 5 yrs in determination of ARR and Tariff in respect of projects of Generation, Transmission and distribution of electricity.

3. Deputy Director (Regulatory Affairs) (Deputation/Contract)

• Number of Vacancies: 01
• Pay Level in Pay Matrix: Pay Matrix Level – 11 (Rs. 67,000 – Rs 2,08,700)
• Remuneration (Contractual): Rs. 1,25,000/-
• Qualification: Graduate degree in Engineering. LLB preferably with specialization in Regulation / Master degree in law
• Qualifying Criteria: Officers holding analogous posts on regular basis or with 5 years’ regular service in the Level 10 (Rs 56100 – 177500/-) of pay matrix for deputations. Contract applicants should have served in equivalent position for minimum 5 years.
• Nature of Experience: Minimum 5 yrs in regulatory reforms in energy sector with framing, compiling and interpreting, Regulations for Energy sector and experience of judicial/Quasi-Judicial/legal matters including proceedings, pleading, listing of case law etc.

4. Deputy Director (Energy Management) (Deputation/Contract)

• Number of Vacancies: 01
• Pay Level in Pay Matrix: Pay Matrix Level – 11 (Rs. 67,000 – Rs 2,08,700)
• Remuneration (Contractual): Rs. 1,25,000/- per month
• Qualification: BElB. Tech (Electrical/Mechanical), MBA (Power/Energy management)
• Qualifying Criteria: Officers holding analogous posts on regular basis or with 5 years’regular service in the Level 10 (Rs 56100 – t775001-) of Pay matrix for deputations. Contract applicants should have served in equivalent position for minimum 5 years.
• Nature of Experience: Minimum 5 yrs in Energy sector policy Planning, System Planning, &operation, Project Techno-Economic Appraisal, Application of regulatory Economics, Demand forecasting/Modelling, compilations & analysis of data etc.

5. Staff Consultant (Technical)

• Number of Vacancies: 01
• Consolidated fee: Rs. 70,000/- per month
• Qualification: Bachelor Degree in Engineering with Master’s Degree in Business Administration or equivalent from a reputed Institution / University
• Nature of Experience: Work experience of not less than 3 years in the field of power Sector in Regulatory Affairs or Distribution and / or Transmission and / or Generation or Power Planning and load System flow studies OR Renewable Energy OR Electricity Markets. Proficient in MS Office Tools Specially Advanced Excel.

6. Assistant (Deputation/Contract)

• Number of Vacancies: 01
• Pay Level in Pay Matrix: Pay Matrix Level-6 (Rs.35,400 )
• Remuneration (Contractual): Rs. 60,000/- per month
• Qualification: Bachelor degree in Commerce and proficient in MS Word and MS Excel.
• Qualifying Criteria: Officials under the Central/ State / Govt. / PSU / Statutory/Autonomous bodies: Holding analogous posts on regular basis; or equivalent; or With 6 years regular service in the Level-05 (Rs.29,200 -92,300/- ) of Pay matrix for deputation. Contract applicants should have served in equivalent position for 5 years.
• Nature of Experience: Experience in commercial audit and accounting, tally software, IT Tax and GST Returns.
