Yupia PGT and TGT Recruitment 2022: Applications are invited from the bonafide citizens of India possessing the requisite educational qualifications and age as on March 1, 2022, for the following contractual posts of primary teachers (PGT’s) and trained graduate teachers (TGT’s) under the District Project Director, ISSE: Samagra Shiksha, Yupia, Papum Pare District, Arunachal Pradesh.
Post Detail:
The posts are purely contractual in nature and are renewable every year subject to satisfactory performance and continuation of the post by the Govt. of India. The numbers of posts are indicative and may be varied (increased or decreased) on either side at the time of preparation of the final selection list.

Salary:
Consolidated salary for post are Rs. 20,000/- per months for TGT and Rs. 15,000/- per months for PRT.
Age Limit:
As per the advertise the age limit for candidate should be given are:
The candidate age limit for PRT is 20–33 years (5 year relaxation for APST Candidates).
The TGT age limit is 22-35 years (5 years relaxation for APST candidates).
Eligibility / Qualification:
-Qualification for PRT (Primary Teacher)-
Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and a 2 year Diploma in Elementary Education (by whatever name known) in accordance with the NCTE (recognition Norms and Procedures) Regulation, 2002/
Or Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and 4 years Bachelor of Elementary Education (B.ELEd) /
Or Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and 2 year Diploma in Education (Special Education)/Or Graduation and two year Diploma in Elementary Education (by whatever name known),
Or graduation with at least 50% marks and B.Ed, provided he/she shall mandatorily undergo a (6) six-month bridge course in elementary education recognized by NCTE within 2 years of his/her appointment, and APTET/CTET.
-Qualification for TGT (PCM)-
Graduation in PCM with at least 50% marks and 1 year B.Ed. or Graduation in PCM and 2 year D.EIEd (by whatever name known)/
Or Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and 4 Year Bachelor in Elementary Education (B.El.Ed) in PCM
Or Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and 4 year B.Sc.Ed in PCM
Or Graduation in PCM with at least 50% marks and 1 year B.Ed (Special Education) provided he/she shall mandatorily undergo a (6) Six months Bridge Course in Elementary Education recognized by NCTE within 2 years of his/her appointment And APTET/CTET (Paper- Il) pass certificate
Selection Criteria:
The selection is based on the interview, qualification, and quality of a candidate.
The selection of the contractual PGT’s under ISSE: Samagra Shiksha shall be based purely on the guidelines framed by the States Cabinet on February 18, 2020 and modification of the same (Point No.2) on July 14, 2020, which have been conveyed by the State Project Director vide Letter AR/ISSE/Estt/78/201920/6870-85. Dated July 28, 2020 and Corrigendum dated August 14, 2020.
Application Fee:
The candidates have to pay Rs. 200/- with application form in the office of DDSE-cum-DPO, Yupia.
How to Apply:
Candidates are required. Qualification may obtain an application form from the office of DDSE, Yupia during all working days and submit the filled-up application form to the office of DDSE, Yupia along with the requested documents.

- Self attested 4 (four) copies of recent passport size photographs.
- Self attested copies of certificate and marks sheets of Class-X (Ten).
- Self attested copies of certificate and marks sheets of Class- XII (Twelve)
- Self attested copies of certificate and marks sheets of B.Sc. (PCM).
- Self attested copies of certificate and marks sheet of D.El.Ed/ B.Ed.
- Self attested copies of APTET / CTET certificate.
- Self attested copies of ST & PRC certificate in case of APST candidate only.
Important Dates:
28th March 2022: The application form will be issued.
8th April 2022: The last date of submission of application forms.

- District Project Director, ISSE: Samagra Shiksha, Yupia Papum Pare District reserves the right to cancel the advertisement / recruitment examination process at any stage of the selection process in the event of any dispute / complicacy or any other administrative reason.
- The candidates must produce before the screening committee all the necessary certificates in original on the day of the interview.
- The eligibility of candidates at all stages of the selection process will be purely provisional and subject to fulfillment of the prescribed eligibility conditions. If during the verification at any time before or after the selection process, is found that a candidate does not full fill any of the eligibility criteria, his/her candidature shall be rejected without any notice.
- The continuation and extension of the service of the selected candidates after March 31st, 2023 shall be subject to the approval of the continuation of the project (Samagra Shiksha) by the Govt. of India.
- The selected candidates shall have to sign a “Deed of Agreement” with the DDSE-cum-DPO, ISSE: Samagra Shiksha, Yupia, Papum Pare District before the issue of a formal appointment letter.
- No representation from any recruited teachers will be entertained regarding a change of posting place.
- All other terms and conditions which are not specified herein shall be governed by the rules or guidelines issued and enforced by the Centre/State Govt. from time to time for contractual staff.
NOTE:-
Relaxation of up to 5% in qualifying marks is granted to APST candidates. The reservation of posts, i.e. APST, Non-APST (80-20), Meritorious Sports Person, and Physically Challenged Person (PWD), shall be as per state government norms notified from time to time and will be applicable for each category of post. However, for Math’s and Science, the reservation shall be 50:50 (for APST & Non-APST).
It will be mandatory for the new appointee teachers to undergo an induction training and orientation program organized by the Department after their appointment. In the case of candidates with B.Ed / D.EI.ED in Special Education, it will be mandatory for him/her to complete a six-month bridge course in Elementary Education recognized by NCTE within 2 years of his/her appointment.
