This update is for the people out here who have visited the most expensive festival in the world, called the Ziro Festival of Music.
BTW, my only question is, “The ZFM is a calendar event of the state which is funded by the government annually with lakhs and lakhs of rupees for the purpose of generating tourism in the state.”
Why do the organisers need to keep the entry fee price skyrocketing, even though it is sponsored by the government in lakhs of dollars?
Why Most People Hate ZMF/ZFM?
I thought the festival was for music lovers, and if you statically see the music lovers of our nation, state, or world, most of them are broke, homeless, or come from a decent background, then,
Why do the ZFM organisers have to put the entry fee so high?
Is it for people who don’t like music?
Or for the people who are rich or have tonnes of money ?
Or is it just another DJ night-style event where people come to drink, dance, and flirt?
Or is the purpose of ZFM to mint money from the people, government, and rich brats?
The real music lovers are always left out due to the high price of these events.
I don’t think such a festival should use the term “music” and act as if they are promoting a music scenario.
Stop this pretentious behavior and come out and tell the world that ZFM is DJ Night (I hope everyone knows what DJ Night stands for in our state) .
I believe my post is the voice of every music lover out there in the world who could not afford such a music festival because of its high entry rates.
The government needs to rethink sponsoring such a festival in the state.
Too many commercial festivals don’t need government aid or sponsorship. That’s how I feel.
