1. How to Apply
HOW TO APPLY: Interested candidates should submit their applications via email to apshrc2023@gmail.com by 26th March 2024, along with the following documents:
- Attested copies of APARs/ACRs for the last five years.
- Bio-data of candidates.
- Cadre Clearance (CC), Integrity Certificate (IC), Vigilance Clearance (VC), and details of Major/Minor Penalty (MMP) imposed during the last ten years.
- Composite Statement of CC/IC/VC/MMP.
- Authenticated copy of senior List (in case of composite method).
- Details of Court Cases, if any.
Application Submission:
Interested candidates must submit their applications through the provided e-mail id: apshrc2023@gmail.com. Follow the steps below for application:
- Step 1: Prepare all required documents as specified in the documents required section.
- Step 2: Compose an email with the subject line “Application for Deputation at APSHRC.”
- Step 3: Attach all necesary documents, including the complete Bio-data (as in Annexure-A).
- Step 4: Send the email to apshrc2023@gmail.com on or before the deadline of 26th March 2024.
- Note: Ensure that all documents are accuratly attested and provided as per the specified instructions. Failure to comply with the application guidelines may result in the rejection of the application.
Applications must be recommended by the Competent Authority. And, candidates are advised not to withdraw their candidature after applying. The deputaton period is three years. Also, other terms and conditions of deputation not specified herein shall follow relevant rules and orders of the Arunachal Pradesh State Human Rights Commission.
2. Documents Required:
Applicants are required to submit the following documents with their deputation proposals:
- Attested copies (on each page) of Annual Performance Appraisal Report (APARs) and Annual Confidential Report (ACRs) for the past five years.
- Bio-data of the candidates.
- Cadre Clearance (CC), Integrity Certificate (IC), Vigilnce Clearance (VC), and details of Major/Minor Penalty (MMP) imposed during the last ten years, in original, duly signed & stamped by the competent authority.
- Composite Statement of CC/IC/VC/MMP (for all candidates).
- Authenticated copy of the senior List (in case of the composite method).
- Details of Court Cases, if any.
Terms and Conditions:
- The applications of interested/willing candidates who could be spared immediately and fulfill the requisite eligibility terms and conditions should be submitted through the email id: apshrc2023@gmail.com, on or before 26th March 2024, along wit complete Bio-data (as in Annexure-A1).
- The application must come through the proper channel and be duly recommended by the Competent Authority.
- Candidates applying for the posts will not be allowed to withdraw their candidature subsequently.
- The period of deputation shall be for 03 (three) years.
- Other terms and conditions of deputation not specified herein shall be governed by the relevant rules and orders of the Arunachal Pradesh State Human Rights Commission in force from time to time.
