Anganwadi Job Arunachal Pradesh 2022
The government of Arunachal Pradesh office of the child development project officer in Namsai District, Namsai, published a post vacancy for interested and eligible candidates for engagement in Anganwadi, Arunachal Pradesh 2022 as “mentors” on a contractual basis under the EAP-SDG project “AROHAN” (Accelerated Reporting Obligation in Health and Nutrition) funded by Niti Ayog for Aspirational District Program.

3. PayScale:
Monthly fixed remuneration Rs. 12500/- and monthly fixed mobility allowance Rs. 2500/-.
4. Eligiblity Qualification:
a) Only female candidate can apply with maximum age limit of 28 (twenty-eight) years .
b) Graduate with Social Science or Home Science or Nutrition as a subject from recognized university Preference will be given to individuals having previous experience of works in such projects of NGOs/Govt.
c) Computer knowledge- minimum Diploma in computer application
d) Must possess driving license of Scooter/Motorcycle & willing to travel extensively .
5. How to Apply:
a) A Preliminary screening Written tests & Practical computer skill tests will be conducted amongst eligible candidates at Namsal district (HQ ).
b) Qualified candidates in the written tests will be asked to appear an interview by a board constituted for this purpose.
c) The shortlisted candidate (05 nos) will undergo medical fitness tests and on finding medically fit appointment will be issued by DC Namsai on contractual basis.

5. Terms and condition:
Terms of reference / Charter of duties
a) The Deputy Commissioner will be the appointing authority and will place the services under the supervision and control of CDPOS of 03 ICDS projects. The engagement is purely temporary for the project period i.e., 02 (two) years and automatically terminated as the project period is over or may be terminated at any point upon reports of underperformance or non-performance.
b) They will undergo Training of Trainers by WCD for use of CAS-ICDS & all other aspects of ICDS at appropriate institute.
c) The concern CDPOS will allocate them the AWCs to be mentored & monitored.
d) They will perform all works related to skilling of AWW in respective jurisdiction and train, handhold and motivate the AWW. They will also coordinate with ASHA, ANM, ICDS Supervisors etc., for VHSND and CBE apart from doing other job assigned by COPOs.
e) They will submit monthly reports to respective CDPOs in prescribed format and also directly to a “software application developed by District administration for collection of KPI data online pertaining to Health & nutrition (nutrition & ICDS KPIs)
f) They will also act as ambassadors for PMMVY, PMSBY, PMJJBY, PM Kishan amongst women. Their performance will be judged by the achievement in these schemes also.
