ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:

Eligibility Criteria for 01/A Assistant Registrar

Age limit: A Candidate shall not be less than 21 years and not more than 40 years of age as on 21-02-2024. However, age relaxation for APST candidates will be as per Government of Arunachal Pradesh rules and regulations in force from time to time.

Essential Qualifications:

Master’s Degree with minimum 55% marks or an equivalent grade in a point scale wherever grading system is followed.

Desirable:

1. 5 (Five) years of regular service as Section Officer/ Private Secretary (Pay level 7 and above).

2. Good knowledge of Information & Communication Technology.

Eligibility Criteria for 02/A System Analyst

A Candidate shall not be less than 21 years and not more than 40 years of age as on 21-02-2024. However, age relaxation for APST candidates will be as per Government of Arunachal Pradesh rules and regulations in force from time to time.

Educational qualification:

(i) B.E./B.Tech. in Computer Science and Engineering / Electronics Engineering.

(ii) 05 years programming experience in languages like C/ C++/ JAVA etc. database: MySQL/ORACLE with PHP etc. Foundations and practices under WINDOWS/LINUX/ UNIX platforms from a recognized Public/PUS/Private organization.

OR

(i) M.E./M.Tech. in Computer Science and Engineering/ Electronics Engineering/ M.Sc Computer Science/ MCA.

(ii) 03 years programming experience in languages like C/ C++/ JAVA etc. database: MySQL/ORACLE with PHP etc. Foundations and practices under WINDOWS/LINUX/ UNIX platforms from a recognized Public/PUS/Private organization.

Eligibility Criteria for 03/A Laboratory Assistant

A Candidate shall not be less than 21 years and re than 32 years of age as on 21-02-2024. However, age relaxation for APST, jates will be as per Government of Arunachal Pradesh rules and regulations in force from time to time.

Essential Qualifications:

(i) Bachelor’s degree with minimum wages of working experience and maintenance of sophisticated scientific instrument However, the relevant subject will be as decided by the university as per the functonal requirement of the department concerned.

(ii) The experience should be in university / Research establishment / Central / State Government / PSU and other autonomous bodies or Private organisation of repute with annual turnover of st Rs 200/- crores or more.

Eligibility Criteria for 04/A Library Assistant

Age Limit:

Candidate shall less than 21 years and not more than 32 years of age as on 21-02-2024. However age relaxation for

APST candidates will be as per Government of Arunachal Pradesh and regulations in force from time to time.

Essential Qualifications:

(i) A Bachelor Degree in Library and Information Science or an equivalent from a recognize university.

(ii) At least 6 months certificate course in Computer applications.

(iii) Typing speed of 30 words per minute in English.

Eligibility Criteria for 05/A Personnel Assistant

Age Criteria:
A Candidate shall not be less than 21 years and not more than 32 years of age as on 21-02-2024. However, age relaxation for APST candidates will be as per Government of Arunachal Pradesh rules and regulations in force from time to time.

Essential Qualifications:

(i) Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from a recognised university.

(ii) At least 6 months certificate course in Computer applications.

(iii) Stenography Course Certificate.

(iv) Speed of 100 words per minute in Stenography (English).

a) Dictation: 10 mts @ 100 WPM

b) Transcription: 50 mts (English), Skill test shall be done in computer. An average of 5 key depressions for each work.

c) 5% permissible mistakes in transcription would apply in speed test.

Desirable:

Experience of working in any state or central government establishment for a minimum period of one year in the same or equivalent grade.

Method of Recruitment:

Written examination, Stenography (Skill Test) and Interview.

Eligibility Criteria for 06/A UDC/DEO

Age Criteria:

A Candidate shall not be less than 21 years and not more than 32 years of age as on 21-02-2024. However, age relaxation for APST candidates will be as per Government of Arunachal Pradesh rules and regulations in force from time to time.

Essential Qualifications:

(i) Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institute/University.

(ii) At least 6 months certificate course in Computer Applications.

(iii) English Typing @ 35 wpm or Hindi Typing @ 30 wpm on an average of 5 key depressions.

Desirable:

Experience of working in any state or central government establishment for a minimum period of 6 months in the same or equivalent grade or as LDC or equivalent grade.

Written Test. Skill Test and Interview.

Eligibility Criteria for 07/A LDC

Age Criteria:

A Candidate shall not be less than 21 years and not more than 32 years of age as on 21-02-2024. However, age relaxation for APST candidates will be as per Government of Arunachal Pradesh rules and regulations in force from time to time.

Essential Qualifications:

(i) A Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institute/ University.

(ii) At least 6 months certificate course in Computer Applications.

(iii) English Typing @ 35 wpm or Hindi Typing @ 30 wpm (35 wpm and 30 wpm correspond to 10500KDPH/ 9000KDPH on an average of 5 key depressions for each work).

Desirable:

Experience of working in any state or central government establishment for a minimum period of 6 months in the same or equivalent grade or as MTS or equivalent grade.

Eligibility Criteria for 08/A DRIVER

Age Criteria:

A Candidate shall not be less than 21 years and not more than 32 years of age as on 21-02-2024. However, age relaxation for APST candidates will be as per Government of Arunachal Pradesh rules and regulations In force from time to time.

Essential Qualifications:

(i) Class 10″ Pass from a recognized board.

(ii) Possession of a Valid Commercial driving License for Light(Medium/Heavy Vehicles issued by the Competent authority having no adverse endorsement.

(iii) Knowledge of motor mechanism (the candidate should be able to remove minor defects in vehicles).

(iv) Experience of driving motor vehicles for a least 03 years in a government organization.

Written Test, Skill Test (Driving test) and Interview.

Eligibility Criteria for 09/A MTS

Age Criteria:

A Candidate shall not be less than 21 years and\n’ more than 32 years of age as on 21-02-2024. However, age relaxation for APST, candidates will be as per Government of Arunachal Pradesh rules and regulations inforce from time to time.

Essential Qualifications:

Class 10 Pass from a recognized bord or ITI Pass.

Desirable:

Required Documents:

1. Attach 2 recent passport-size color photos.
2. Provide two photocopies of all relevant educational qualification and skills documents.
