Applications are Invited offline from bona fide citizens of India possessing requisite Educational qualifications and age (as of 31/03/2020). For the following contractual posts of PRTs and TGTs (Elementary) under District Project Officer, Samagra Shiksha District Society /ISSE, Tirap District, Govt. of Arunachal Pradesh. The posts are purely ‘contractual in nature and renewable every year subject to satisfactory performance and continuation of the posts by the Ministry of Education, Govt of India.

PRT:
Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and 2-year diploma in Elementary Education(by whatever name known) In accordance with the NCTE (Recognition Norms and Procedures), Regulation, 2002 /Or Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and 4 years Bachelors of Elementary Education (8 El, Ed)/or senior secondary (or its equivalent ) with at least 50% marks and BEd provides He/She shall mandatory undergo a (6)Six months bridge course elementary Education recognized by NCTE within 2 years of his/her appointment, And APTET/CTET (Paper 1)pass certificate.
TGT (Science):
Graduation in ZCB/PCM with at least $0% marks and 1 year BEd) Or Graduation in ZBC/PCM and 2 year DEl.Ed (by whatever name known)/ or Senior Secondary (or its equivalent with at least 5O% marks and 4 Year Bachelor in Elementary Education (B.El.Ed) and 4-year B.Sc BEd In Z8C/PCM Or Graduation in ZBC/PCM with at least 50% marks and 1 year (B.Ed Special Education), And APTET/CTET (paper II) pass certificate.
TGT (Social Studies):
Graduation in History, Geography, Pol Science, Economies (any two/B Com with at least 50% marks and 1-year B.Ed/ Or Graduation in History Geography, Pol Science, Economics (Any Two)/ B.Com and 2-year D.El.Ed (by whatever name known)/Or Senior Secondary (or its equivalent with at least 50% marks and 4 Year Bachelor in Elementary Education (B.El.Ed) in History, Geography, Pol Science, Economics(Any. two/B.com Or Senior Secondary (or it’s equivalent) with at least 50% marks and 4-year B.A. B.Ed. in History, Geography, Pol. Science, economies, (any Two with at least 50% marks and 1-year B.Ed. (Special Education ), And APTET/CTET(Paper-II)pass certificate.
TGT (English):
Graduation in English with at least 50% marks and 1-year B.Ed/Or Graduation in English and 2-year D.El.Ed (by whatever name known) / Or Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and 4 Year B.A. B.Ed. in English with at least 50% marks and 1-year B.Ed (Special Education) And APTET/CTET(Paper-II) pass certificate.
TGT (Math):
Graduation in PCM with at least 50% marks and 1-year B.Ed/ Or Graduation in PCM and 2-year DEI.Ed (by whatever name known)/ Or Senior Secondary (or its equivalent with at least 50% marks and 4 Year Bachelor in Elementary Education (B.El.Ed) in marks and 4-year B.Sc BEd in PCM Or Graduation in PCM with at least 50% marks and 1 year( B.Ed Special Education), And APTET/CTET (PaperII) pass certificate
Tirap TGT PGT Selection criteria:
- The selection of the contractual PRTs and TGTs under Samagra Shiksha ISSE shall be based purely on the guidelines framed by the State cabinet on 18″ Feb 2020 and modification of the same (Point No. 2) on 14″ July 2020. These have been conveyed from the State Project office vide letter AR/ISSE/ESTT/78/2019-20/6879-85 dated 28” July 2020 and Corrigendum dated 14″ Aug 2020.
Age Limit for PGT and TGT:
20 to 33 Year (5 years relaxation for APST Candidates)
How to apply:
1. Willing candidates having requisite qualifications may obtain or collect the application form from the Office of the DDSE cum District Project Officer, ISSE, Samagra Shiksha, District Society, Tirap District, Khonsa from 29″ Oct 2020 onwards during office hours and submit the filled up form in the Dropbox in the same office with self-attested copies of (a) 4 recent passport size photograph (b)Pass Certificate with Marks sheet of academic career from Class -X onwards (C) Tribe Certificate in case of APST.
2. The last date for the submission/dropping of the application form in the drop box is 13″ Nov.2020 till 4 p.m.
3. the scrutiny will be done w.e.f 16th to 18th Nov.2020.The final list of candidates will be displayed on 19th Nov. 2020,
4. DATE AND PLACE OF THE INTERVIEW: The date of the walk-in-interview will be held at the chamber of the Deputy Director of School Education Cum District Project Officer, ISSE- Samagra Shiksha, District Society, Tirap District, Khonsa from 1000 hours onwards on 8th Dec. 2020, The result shall be notified in due course of time.
5. Mode of selection: The selection shall be purely on merit basic i.e. 80% Weightage of marks based on the merit of qualifications as per given cabinet guidelines and 20% Weightage of marks given to the personality of the candidate.
NOTE– Relaxation up to 5% in qualifying marks to APST Candidates. The Reservation of post i,e. APST, Note- APST (80:20), Meritorious Sports Person and Physically Challenged Person shall be as per State Govt. norms notified from time to time and will be applicable for each category of posts. However, for TGT Science and Maths, the ratio shall be 50:50{for APST & Non-APST)
It will be mandatory for the new appointees to undergo induction training & orientation programs organized by the Deptt. after his/her appointment. In the case of candidates with B.Ed/D.El.Ed in Special Education, it will be mandatory for him/her to undergo a (6)six months Bridge Course in Elementary Education recognized by NCTE within 2 years of his/her appointment.
